To innovate comes from Latin: innovare which means act and effect of innovate, to become new or to renew, to introduce a novelty.

Innovation is a value that, within GeeksHive community, includes the other values.

Innovation is the application of new ideas, concepts, products, services and practices with the purpose of being useful to productivity increase of the GeeksHive model and all of its Geeks. An essential element of innovation is its successful application in a commercial way. It´s not only a matter of creating something, but also, for example, you have to insert it in the market, so that people can enjoy it.

The search for innovation is the value that globally governs GeeksHive community. Innovation demands awareness and equilibrium to transport ideas, from the imaginary field towards reality, to the field of enforcements and implementations.
